Book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your desired style, hair goals, pricing, and any questions you may have before booking your service. This appointment is designed to help ensure the best experience and proper service selection. Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Clients who are late will have their consultation canceled and it cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show up may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service price. Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay a non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable and may only be transferred with proper notice. For safety and space considerations, no extra guests are permitted unless they are being serviced.
